I said this on Twitter last night, but it bears repeating…. Jenelle from “Teen Mom 2” is what would’ve happened to Miley Cyrus if she didn’t have a stage dad and/or singing ability. 

I’ve done my best over the last few years to stay out of the gossip/popular culture/I watch this show because I hate it zone, but there’s just something about Jenelle from “Teen Mom 2” that makes me want to watch the show because I don’t like her. I watched a marathon of episodes last night(mostly because there were no Lakers/Clippers games) just so I could up to speed with the story line and have a full understanding of what pushed Jenelle’s roommate over the edge and why she attacked Jenelle with a pair of drum sticks. Reality TV naturally does not put things its in proper context, but I needed things put into to context. Also, I need to hear Jenelle’s mom yell, “You’re strung out from smoking weed!” Turns out that Jenelle was mostly strung out due to opiates and not necessarily weed.
